How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad, choose Learnimals and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Learnimals purchase.
Why do I see ads in the free version?
Ads keep the free experience available to everyone. They are kid-safe (family-friendly only). Premium removes them entirely.
The app is in the wrong language!
Open the app, tap the language picker on the main screen, choose your preferred language. The whole interface and audio will switch.
Does 3D / AR work on my device?
3D works on any iPhone/iPad running iOS 17 or later. AR placement needs a device with a real camera and ARKit support — it won't work in the simulator.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
