1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Learnimals, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. App License
Learnimals grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
Learnimals is designed for educational use by families. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the app — including 3D models, audio, illustrations, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Children's Use
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app and purchases made through their Apple ID.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
